I am actually considering those vacuum storage bags... but maybe that is what you meant. I will wait to see if I run out of room in the large storage closet.

Nan, what a wonderful way to start the new year...and what a wonderful treasure from your Aunt. It looks as though it was well cared for and now has a new purpose in life. I’m sure it feels great to have your scraps organized.

Always nice to know that someone else saves batting scraps to piece together. Nice dresser, too! Good luck with your move. I told DH when we moved where we are that "You can carry me out of this house!" but now, it's getting too much to take care of and reluctantly I listen when he makes noises about "something a little smaller"

Love how you organized your scraps. I was thinking of getting plastic boxes to sort my scraps and then, after reading your post, realized I have an almost empty dresser that I could use. Thank you for the idea.
