Looks wonderful. I was going to replace the above light in my sewing room but then I found this: https://www.sewingmachinesplus.com/luminess.php

It cost much less then a new light redo and I have better light and great light, no shadows. I can position it over any work area as needed The sale is a great one right buy the large one get the small one free. It's been worth every cent to me.

Maybe you could put ur roll of batting up high on a wall n then u could pull down what u need n cut it off that’s what I did outa the way but still where I needed it

What an innovated idea with the door. It looks like you've been sewing in that room for many years and I love that. Also love the vintage look. If I saw that little green chair in a thrift store, I'd snatch it up immediately. The room has great personality.
