Airing of the Quilts, Smithville, TX

Quilts will be aired on Saturday, Nov. 9 from 10am til 4pm, in Smithville,Tx located in Central Texas, about 50 miles Southeast of Austin. Many quilts will be displayed on Main St. in Smithville. For past photos you can visit our Facebook page at:

This is not a quilt show. Our businesses and private citizens display their quilts. There will be some quilts for sale, and possibly vendors. A raffle for a red, white and blue patriotic quilt will also be available. Send me a private message if more information is needed.

There will also be a homes tour sponsored by the Smithville Garden Club featuring beautiful homes and a historic church on the same day. We have a lovely historical homes area and some will be open for the event. Admission $10, 12 and under free. Contact [email protected] or info.

Thanks for the heads-up. A friend and I are planning on going for the first time. She lives in Bastrop and when I visit we often go "junque teaking" in Smithville.
