I will be going. I am not sure what day. I live so close I could go all three days! This is my first show to attend. Any advice on how to get the most out of the experience ?

I'm going Saturday on a bus trip. I think the bus is supposed to get there about 10 am. How are we to find each other there? Would love to meet up with some of you if possible.

Thank you for posting!!! It just so happens that I am going to be in Cinci Thursday and Friday on a busness trip. Looks like I may be able to squeeze in a visit to the quilt show on Thursday night.

    Yippee!!!!

Is there a specific booth we could meet at some specified time? I've never been to a show before so have no idea what to expect or even what's there.

    Hi everyone

Let me jump in. I am going with a busload of ladies from Ottawa, Ontario. I was at the show last year in Chicago and there is no way you will find each other unless you decide exactly where and at what time.

I suggest that you meet at the canteen if there is one at noon. That way we can all have lunch together. And decide on the day also.

Our bus is leaving here tomorrow morning, Tuesday and we are staying 2 nights in Lancaster, PA. Then we drive to Cincinnati to be at the hotel on Thursday afternoon. We stay there till Monday morning.

I'll try to find a computer at the hotel to see if I can find out where your get-together is.

    Paulette from Ottawa.

I'm going Saturday with a car load of friends. I'll have to stick with them so I don't get lost and lose my ride home!! Will be wondering if everyone I see is one of you talented ladies on this wonderful board.

It been my expereince that preview night is the best time, very light on crowds . Vendor booths are open and no waiting to pay. Only one problem not enough time to get to see all that is there if you only go to preview night.
