Hmmm, maybe my DS will be making a run up that way and can pick me up and drop me off.

Would be fun to see my DS again before school starts. I will send her the link. Maybe she can go.

Is this a yearly show ? Not enough time to plan to go this year but I loved Maine the one time I was there and would love to plan another trip for another summer.

Yes, it is an annual show; and their website usually has the date posted quite early as to when the next year's will be. It is always in July and at the Civic Center.

Just wanted to let everyone that our quilt show is July 30, 31, and Aug.1 if any of you are interested. It is a great show.
I wait patiently all year for this show. It's extra special in my book and I love the vendors with items we may not see locally. I'm lucky that I'm only about 15 miles from the show.

Okay ladies (and gentlemen) someone needs to make an executive decision and come up with a good spot for all of us quilting board members to meet up and say hello. Mamaw?? Roberta?? You both sound like you are very familiar with the show and go regularly, can you take the lead on this. I think it would be a fun addition to my trip to Augusta and I personally would plan my trip around meeting up with folks. Come on someone.......
By the way......I'm not passing the buck or avoiding the job myself.....I've never been to the show and this year will be my 1st trip. Honest :)
