As far as parking goes we can always repark some where else too and carpool as much as possible. I'll scope out the neighborhood for additonal parking!!

The one with all the bunkbeds was an old church-would they have more parking than normal? Beach was a drive but open floor space, seating and beds are the biggest priorities! Keep up the good work Cindy-I know you can do it!!
I emailed them!

Cindy, is there no on street parking at any of these places either. No, not the best solution, but might be one. Of course car pooling for those who live near each other.
I do not envy the job you have ahead of you.

O.K Ladies. Here is the website for the house we will be renting www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p177548.The total cost will be $397 for the 3 nights and a $200 security deposit. The folks I have confirmed to come are:
me,cobalt, winewomen,Karen, ugly cook+1,2 doods, feathers, corky, valsma, lilrain.Let me know if you want to be taken off the to go list. That is a total of 11 and the house will hold 13.So with that said if there are 11 of us the cost $36.10.I will cover the security deposit and if there are any deductions from it I will let everyone know. How does that sound and have I missed anything? Cindy P.S.Carpooling would be a good idea!

Thanks Cindy, I do know how much work it is! Really glad I'm not doing it this time! :) Be sure to include us in the $100 cleaning fee! How do we want to handle meals? Pot luck seems to work quite well!

Hi,
So the cost is $36.10 for the three days?
I have talked with my hubby and that weekend sounds like the date will work.
What other costs would their be?
If the decision is to potluck that works for me, so we just bring dishes to add in to each meal for 13?
Hope to hear from you soon.
I would love to attend if their is still room.
As soon as I hear from you I will confirm my attendance.
Thank you,
Juanita

me,cobalt, winewomen,Karen, ugly cook+1,2 doods, feathers, corky, valsma, lilrain, amma and madam Kelly. That is 13.If we wanted to bring a blow up bed we could handle a couple more.Let me know if you want to be taken off the to go list. One will have to sleep on the coach.(Not Lilrain,I promised her a bed.)So with that said if there are 13 of us the cost $38.25.I will cover the security deposit and if there are any deductions from it I will let everyone know.PM me and I will send you my mailing address for your check. As I get your check that will guarantee your spot.PLEASE if you can't come or have changed your mine let me know in case someone else wants to take your spot.
It will be pot luck.So bring your best dish.We had some super cooks last time and so much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I need all money by Sept.15th. PLEASE confirm that you are coming by next weekend as I have a waiting list going. Cindy
