And me???? I would love to be there! Lived in WA for over 40 years. We retired in MO in 2006. I am going to be just a few weeks late, but a few of us are going to meet at the same place sometime in the first two weeks of May. So....if your date doesn't work for everyone they can join us in May!
I would love to be part of your group....Just not arriving in WA til the 3rd of May!
I wish I had seen the dates for this meet & greet before I purchased airline tickets! :(

Just found this tonight while doing some random reading of previous topics!
I notie now that you posted on the Mar 11, which was the day of the Japanese earthquake. We were in Lincoln City that day and had to evaucate because of a tsunamic warning at the hotel! Ii totally missed reading the posts for that day. Soooo glad I stumbled onto your message tonight. I was going to PM you in a day or so to find out if it was still on since we had talked about it a few weeks ago.
At any rate, I'll be there
I didn' see that Anna425 or Kas had responded, so I'll PM them, just in case they missed the post ;)

I don't know if I can make it that weekend, but I was checking out the country village site. If that weekend works out, then maybe in June there could be another one for the Quilt Shop Hop? :)
------------------------------
JUNE 22-26
11TH ANNUAL QUILT HOP!
Join us for the 11th annual Western Washington Quilt Shop Hop. 57 Quilt Shops from Lynden to Vancouver, WA will be participating this year. Quilters will be hopping from shop to shop, collecting stamps on their passports and a free pattern and fabric at each stop. Last year Keepsake Cottage had 2,200 shoppers during the 5 day event. The hours are 9-7 Wednesday through Saturday, and 10-5 on Sunday.

Maybe in the future I will plan something more structured but for now this is just a Saturday out to meet some great folks.
