K, your rooster turned out beautifully! I just love the stained glass look, so I'm anxious to see it when you're finished. Lovely - and I can think of a multitude of borders that would be great with that.

The horse is so cool! People are so creative! That would be a fun one to work on.

I forgot to comment on the rooster - you really did capture the stained glass effect. I am so looking forward to seeing these quilts as they go around.

I love the rooster and the horse. Here is my center so far. I think I have some more embellishing to do on it before I am going to call it done.

Wow, take a couple of days off and miss a lot! These centers are fabulous.

K - the rooster is really cool. Looking forward to seeing the black added.

Izabella - the horse is so much fun and with such great colors.

kwhite - love your center too. Looks like a great storytelling quilt.

It's really amazing all the variety. Just wish I could see all of them together at the end.

well I never I missed yesterday and you all just got busy and started posting the most amazinglydiverse blocks, really cool. Love them all

Now I must get busy I will take a pic of what mine will look like but it has a long way to go yet. I have this tee shirt which I loved from the moment I saw it and I thought I would copy it.

All the centers are looking wonderful!

One word of advice.....If you put jewels/embellishments on your center, you might want to hold off until you get it back. With all the handling that the center will receive, they could accidentally fall off.

I'm still in the "planning" mode of mine.
I do want the kitty center and I think the other one will just be a plain block.

Here is the one i plan to do, however there is a lot of work on this one too so maybe, maybe not.

I am still figuring out what is the bestway to do this, could be reverse applique, but maybe better and easier with steam a seam.
