Love it! Saw one just like it at an antique mall filled with old sewing items. Passed on it and have regretted it ever since...

I love it too but I would be afraid to use the thread. It is probably old so tug on it to see if it breaks easily. Nice find

My MIL gave me her mother's sewing box about 8-9 years ago.
Her mother has been gone for about 20+ years now.

When I got it home and looked inside I had fun looking at all the
old goodies that grandma used to use.

Congrats. I've seen couple at estate sales not as good shape for a lot more and nothing inside.
