Ada,
Love both sides of your bag. Got a friend in Geelong, Victoria, and I have a soft spot for Ozzie critters.
Can't tell from here....is the one in the center on the black side an octopus wearing bifocals?
All of your work is just fantastic!

Hello Toto's Mum - an octopus wearing goggles? Why didn't I think of that? No, dear, it is the gum leaf with berries on - koalas eat gum leaves and we have the gumnut babies by May Gibbs who uses those designs with babies sitting in the nuts after flowering!! The Tasmanian Devil pic on the white side of the bag was not in the collection so I searched for one because he is not in our Australiana collections and struggling for survival. My son has friend in Bali who's wife loves Tasmanian Devil cartoon so I found a pic for her too  :-)

Hello Paintedquilt - I'm sure you will enjoy putting Flying Home together and seeing the birds come to life, but, do check size of quilt before embarking - it is KS single - I had to remove 3 rows of the trianglular geese at the bottom and make it wider for QS bed, hence 12 birds instead of 8.
Thank you for nice comments on my quilt collection too.

Inordyke, thanks for your message - glad you like my work - I also love your blue pic quilt - is it a sampler or does it have a name? Are we able to enlarge little pics in profiles to getter a better view - am still finding my way around the site and not getting any work done
