Hello Earthwalker, nice to meet you and thanks for compliments - in Perth eh? Might see you at the Quilt Fair in May - will you wear a carnation or whatever or will you be working  Your pic reminds me of the lady who is doing all the NASA quilts of the galaxy etc!!!

Earthwalker, forgot to mention that I will probably be carrying the silouhette ladies tote bag (I'm sure there will be a few of them this year) - not sure which day I'm going yet - depends on daughter coming up from Boyanup

Hello LovingIzabella, thanks for your nice message - I opened that page at a friend's house as I was introducing her to the site and couldn't remember who requested info on the Flying Geese - www.Pambonodesigns.com is where you'll find many lovely patterns - one book I have is The Big Book of Rotary Cutter Quilts - Pam does sell individual patterns on her website too so you might get lucky, but the book is full of so many gorgeous designs, Sunflower quilt and Chilli tablecloth came from that book too - so many more I'd like to do - if only fabric grew on trees. Do give it a try, it was great fun   Well, I'll expect some feedback on that one starting with papyrus

I might just go this year. I usually hate crowds...but the lure is strong and I just may have the stamina to get through it. I don't have to worry about work (I retired early), but seems I have a more jam-packed schedule now than when I worked!

I know what you mean about shortage of time - when we worked for a living we were more disciplined and had a routine, now that we can please ourselves what we do we're less organized because we're multi-tasking and doing more than one thing at a time, right  I don't know how I ever had to work and most of the time at two jobs!! I'll be hobbling along with a walker too and like to be first at shops to avoid crowds - early to bed and up with the birds in our beautiful climate
