Advice on colour

I love ral flowers (as in my garden) and fabric flowers. Could you give me some idea of the sizes of yours? They are really pretty as is the whole thing. But I am always looking for new ideas and your border is lovely. More info please?

Hi Melissa, Well it would have helped if I had got the name correct...sorry  Its name is actually Rosewood Cottage. Just checked out the company, they are www.timidthimble.com are somewhere called Westfield IN 46074. They still sell it and it comes in 6 sets, each set costs 6$ each, whole pattern 36$. Phone No. (317) 818 9469. You can buy the sets one by one. Hope this helps... :D Elle

My opinion is use a thin inside border of maybe the dark brown or dark green and use the opposite color for the bit wider border. I love the composition without sashing but that is why there is vanilla and chocolate...oops, now there is strawberry and oodles of other flavors too!
Decisions decisions.
Did you try 'auditioning' your border colors, step back and see what you like the best?
Can't wait to see how you finish it!
Thanks for the flavours,, delicious, hadnīt thought of that  Have auditioned and come up with a lucious Green, but decided not to frame each block, they are all different sizes and I am still with my "L" plates up at this game :D :D Elle
warm quilt hugs, sue
