Great use of Z. And if you have a member named Barb R. that moved down there from Lafayette, IN, would you please tell her Cheryl from Lafayette, now in Georgia, said hello. Good luck with the challenge. This is a great way to keep everyone involved in the guild.

I think I'm seeing a lot of encouragement for you to continue quilting "outside the box"!!!! Doesn't it feel great to have done something that is totally yours ????!!! I hope this will free you to do what you want to do, not what is "safe" because every aspect has directions. Think about the person who will get the quilt (like you do anyway) but think freely about what would fit that person. You'll come up with all sorts of ideas (which you may have to simplify just to make it reasonable). You have proven you can do unique quilts. Some of us rarely follow someone else's pattern and it is a wonderful feeling to have done your own quilt. You know that... I just read pages of excited entries for you! YOU GO GIRL!
