    Lucky you, that sort of thing never gets past the back room of our thrift stores, let alone to the front of them for anyone else but staff to take.

    I boxed some up and sent them off to one of the charity quilters here on the board. Two pound of blocks and it didn't even dent the stack. What's in the pics is a little mis-leading cause they are so densely packed together.

    I'm a little afraid to wash them. They are quite clearly old, have been stored for a while and the nature of the hand stitching makes them very delicate. I might have to re-enforce them.

    I really don't know what to do except stare and marvel.
