Default Arrived at it's home today; Jewel Box comfort quilt

Made this Jewel Box for an 8th grade girl with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, it arrived for her today.

And this is why I make comfort quilts. That something I did can put this kind of smile on a young person's face:

PS: I don't know where the extra photo at the end came from and I can't find it to remove it. Also, sorry the pic of the quilt is blurry. My quilt holder moved and I didn't catch it in time.

I can’t think of any better way to top off Thanksgiving... God bless you and your heart for others! I am sure that many prayers went into and along with that beautiful quilt and its even more beautiful recipient... im adding mine as well!
