I can just hear your cat saying, "do I look good on this color"?

I have made 7 rugs. Most are for beside my bed to match quilts or bedrunners. They wash up beautifully.

Beautiful. Walk on it? Not in my house. Up on the wall.

She looks so much like my cat name Whistle that I picked out of a litter in the late 60s. She too had to check everything out.

Can you still throw it in the washer and dryer with the poly felt? I made a quilt rug for my living room because I couldn't find a store bought rug that I liked. I love my quilt rug but it doesn't have enough body to lay flat on the floor when you walk on it. I used batting in the middle, but I could attach some felt to the back of it if it would help.

Gorgeous rug. Looks far too nice to walk on.

I love it! It really doesn't get a lot of traffic due to the coffee table, but I have to find a way to keep it flat or I am going to have to use something else. I want something that I can wash and dry, too, so that makes my problem more interesting. I might have to try the poly felt if I can find some. It seems like it would be washable.
