Sometimes random is the best pattern. Try laying out the fabric in diagonal rows if you have enough of each print to do that. Another thing you could do if you want to minimize the green is to do a disappearing 9 patch, using green for the middle squares in each block. They will end up 1/4 the size and if you lay it out right would create a nice pattern from the green squares. Just a thought!
