    Adorable quilt and I don't think it is too dark. I think it's very pretty and very girly. My daughter had our first grand daughter in sept. and she sometimes dresses her in grey and black. Now THAT I could possibly say is too dark, at least for my taste.

    It's perfect! It's a quilt that she will use for years to come and never out grow. Great job! Love the colors you chose.
