O.K. I still can't do random - only planned random, lol. As I was describing this to quilter friends today - they asked whether you used any batting and what kind of wieight - seems that the minkee might already be a bit heavier and maybe enough? Inquiring minds want to know . . .

Yes I used batting..this particular one I used warm and natural...however I have used dream puff or wool on others....in fact I have a pink snowman one I made..Flannel on top...dream puff wool and then long shaggy pink fur on the back..it is a really heavy quilt ..but it is everyones favorite quilt around here!
