    Batik Friendship Braid...finished

    I have never worked with batiks and this is my first braid. I really liked both. Hope you like it, too.

    I really like it too. I'm thinking of making a lap quilt for a friend and this certainly looks like something she'd like. Thanks for sharing.

    LIke it? No, I love it. One of my favorites patterns, favorite fabrics in a favored color line and well done. What's not to like?

    I love it to. Batik's seem to make this design pop where it should pop. Could you do a tutorial on this type of braid.
    Create something beautiful from scraps.

    Beautiful! I love the batiks for this! I've always wanted to make a braid but thought they seemed really hard to do. Are they? If I could do one that turned out at least half this fabulous, I'd give it a try...
