Red face Black and White With Love All Over

A wedding quilt for my oldest daughter and her husband, married on April 21st! She helped select the fabrics and I designed this based on two similar comforters she liked from a local store. My good friend quilted it on her homemade quilting frame/machine. Her baby sister (18 months younger) got married six weeks later on June 2nd. I will post those in a separate thread.

Lovely. I am collecting black and white fat quarters for a quilt like this. BrendaK

I love this, too! It's contemporary but not "cold" (if that makes any sense). It's just fabulous & I'm sure your DD * SIL love it (& you for making it for them!)! I can't wait to see your other one! 2 weddings in a year? I'm surprised you have enough brain cells left over to even post a picture! LOL! I don't envy you! My DD just got engaged over the weekend & I'm already about half crazy! LOL!

Haha! It took me over half an hour to post...so my brain cells are depleted! My 3rd daughter will most likely be engaged this summer and possibly marry in the spring. Crazy! That's what happens when you have 4 children in 3.3 years...but two of them are twins. : ) I will try to post the other photos tonight, while it is still fresh in my memory how to do so.
