    "Catnip" is done!!!

THANK YOU ALL for giving me the info and fortitude to go ahead and just 'quilt it'!!!!!!

Did not turn out too bad---I know a lot of people could and would have done some spectacular quilting on this--but I am pleased that it is DONE!!!

The buttons (eyes) I thought was going to take a year and a day to put on......turns out my machine HAS a 'button sewing on foot and stitch'!!!!!! Went sort of quickly---after going thru all my buttons!!!

The pattern is from THE RED BOOT QUILT COMPANY http://www.redbootquilts.com/catnip.html I just love her quilts!!! Going to start on "Ruby" next!!!!

Adorable. You have so many clever little details you can look at it for along time. You should be so proud.
I promise not to buy any more fabric until I see something I really like. Or it's on sale. Or I think it might match something.

I'm glad you finished it. It makes me smile.

And remember....sure plenty of people might have quilter it better, but plenty of people would have quilter it worse. You don't have to be the champion to have fun at the game.

That is so cute. I love the little mouse right in the middle of all the kitties. And I love that the eyes aren't perfectly positioned--sometimes they're not even the same size. It adds so much more character the the kitty faces

GAH! I love it!!!! So cute and your quilted loop-d-loops fit perfectly with the whimsical style. I bet you had some fun picking out all the buttons for the eyes. I love how some are different colors and different sizes. Adds to the purrfectly cute kitty heads. Thanks so much for the pattern link too. You are right, they have a lot of cute patterns there.
