That is absolutely breathtaking! It's stunning quilting, I agree with cutebuns, I so want to be like you when I grow up! ;-)

I have a book out of the library at the moment where they've done exactly the same thing (only not as spectacularly as you), they have sets of five quilts all made exactly the same, and they're quilted differently to show how much it can change the overall effect. It's fascinating to see the differences.

Fantastic job of quilting. I love how you carried some of the curved lines into the star. I really changes the look of the star. That would be really interesting to see how different people quilt the same thing.

Well I think you made your point. The quilting is fabulous and truly makes this quilt a treasure.
