Did you use cotton fabric for the pot holders ? How many layers did you use ? I just love them.

I used three layers of the same cotton fabric for the chenille, cutting the top two layers. I have some other prints from the fabric that only have two matching prints. I want to try using those and putting a different third layer underneath (maybe just plain green or black?), cutting the top two layers again and see if it works. I used two layers of insulbrite and one more coordinating fabric for the backing and wrapping around for the "borders".

For chenille, you need to sew and then cut on the bias.
