The fabric I used was a bundle of half yard cuts from a fabric line by Denise Schmidt (I think) from several years back. I was saving it for just the right quilt. Mine has a scrappy look but could be made with just a few fabrics. The main thing is to have a good contrast of light and dark so the circles form when the blocks are sewn together.
