I can't wait - its fun to see how it works in the end. I don't know what a chop and sew is. I will try to look it up. Good luck and keep us posted.

if you replace the blue you need to put another bright in, preferable not in a colour already there

Great choices of fabrics. I would have recommened a purple in lieu of blue, so glad to hear the blue is actually purple. The colors are beautiful. Anything you do will be so happy with all these colors.

My worst fear as a new quilter was fabric selection. Looks as if you are getting over that as well.

Do post photos of your project as it evolves so we can all learn.
