I lost my mom to cancer when she was 42 years old and I can tell you it is not easy but your beautiful quilt will bring her many memories of her dad when she cuddles it. What a thoughtful gift.

I'm sure the fact that you cared enough to make her a quilt in her loss will touch her deeply. I became reconnected with an aunt who had cancer, by giving her a recovery quilt. That seed of kindness planted in her heart may change more than you know.

Very pretty quilt, I'm sure she will see the love it was made with.

Oh, how sad. That was very sweet of you to whip up this beauty to bring her some comfort. I will say a little prayer for her and the family.

What a nice gesture, it will be a comfort to know that someone did this for her.

Wonderful gesture. The day will come when she wraps in and remembers fondly without so much pain.

What a beautiful quilt. To have lost her Dad at such a young age is sad. I'm sure the quilt will give her much comfort.
