    Computer Bag and Twister Quilt

I am on a bag roll - finished another Mood Indigo Market Bag. I made this one a bit smaller - just to fit my 13" macbook pro laptop.

Today, quilted my Twister top that has been waiting for about 4 years...glad to finally get it done. I was too embarrassed to send it out as it had wavy borders. I did it back in the day when I would just sew, then cut it off. Now, I know better. I had to deal with it, but it turned out just fine. I managed to ease it in without too much difficulty.

    Thanks for looking.

I love the color scheme of the bag. It's very elegant and well-done. And congratulations to you for finishing up your twister. It looks great!

Beautiful bag! Your Twister quilt is very nice and you did a great job with the wavy border - can't even tell! Both are very nice.

I like the fabric you used in your twister. I am glad you were able to get those wonky borders quilted. Until you start to quilt the borders of a quilt that are never measure, you won't know what others endure to get your tops quilted.

both projects are beautiful... I especially love your machine, what make/model is it? I am attending the New England MQX show next week and will be drooling over longarms.

I rented time on the Gammill at my LQS. You might want to look into that if you are thinking of buying one. I also want to buy one, and I've also rented time on a HandiQuilter. I think I prefer the Gammill Statler Stitcher, but they are a lot more money. I would have to get a used one. Good luck to you on your search.
