Absolutely stunning! Any idea how many hours it took to accomplish this? Life as I know it would have to come to a complete halt for me to do something like that and I doubt very seriously if it would even be a faint similarity to yours. So beautiful!

I needed about 8 weeks to finish the quilt (6-8 hours per day).

Your quilting is absolutely stunning! It certainly deserved the ribbons it won. Will it be a gift? Is a cot quilt meant to be for a child's bed? I haven't heard this term before.

The quilt is made for the exhibition in UK and I think I will keep it after it was so successful. A cot quilt is meant for a child's bed or a cradle/cot and a size around 36"x54". Some of the British quilt competitions offer "Cot Quilt" as a category for entering besides bed quilt, wall quilt etc. It's a wonderful size to work with, I will use it more often in the future. Just perfect for trying new patterns!
