Wow, I can't believe this. I have only made a few quilts, all wall hangings.
MY first was the cat quilt, then I went out and bought fabric for the Leaf quilt, which I have yet to make, and now I am in the middle of a friendship star quilt, similar to yours. Boy do we have the same taste in choosing designs to quilt.
Keep up the good work. They are lovely.

Those are lovely Diana...I wouldn't worry about the rotated piece in the green quilt.. it's a tradition by many (really old) quilters to add a deliberate mistake if there's not an accidental one. The tradition goes that they do this because they believe that only God can make something perfect, so if they make a "perfect" quilt it is putting themselves on the same level. I've even seen blocks with one piece wrong side out. It used to be a game to find the error in a finished quilt. And I wouldn't worry about the colors in the leaf quilt. Just think of that as a Spring leaf. I've seen series done of one pattern where light colors were used for spring, brighter ones for summer, rusts, browns and golds for fall and black and white for winter.. that's a perfect spring quilt!

I'm currently working on the ribbon quilt, for one of my daughter-in-laws, whose birthday is next month. I'm thinking just a bit smaller than a twin size.
~ notice my 'design wall' is my living room floor. I'm guessing if I did have wall space, the brattly animals would just pull it down anyways. lol!!! :-)
Thank you for looking.
Diana :-)

edit: mamagus is right. that block in the upper right on the green ribbon quilt has a lower left corner that needs rotating. eeek!
