i made my youngest a graduation quilt. Away in another state in college, she has mentioned several times that wrapping herself in it was like getting a hug from home. Especially appreciated when she was sick. I put many prayers into that quilt as i worked on it and i like to think that those helped her when she was lonely and homesick
