    I didn't mention that the built-in was pretty roughed up - after all, it's 90 years old! They didn't have the money to replace it, and she needed to sand it before painting, and when sanding, found she liked the look of the shabby chic. Her apartment, before she married last year, was all shabby chic and looked absolutely charming.

    I think you did a really nice job on this! Have seen a quilt made entirely with these flowers & it was beautiful! Shabby Chic like this can also go French Country. Love everything about your Runner. Thanks for sharing.

    Beautiful table runner. My nephew and his wife bought a Craftsman home and want to modernize all of it, sure wish they'd keep some of the old details.

    How wonderful that she loves your work and is incorporating it in her decorating. You did a fabulous job on the table runner. I too think a little photo tour would be nice. "Using quilts in a shabby chic home" would be nice title.
