This looks a lot like our retreats at Threads of Time in Danville, Il. And it looks like you had as much fun as we do. Ya gotta love those retreats!

In late Sept 4 years ago this fall we did some quilts for Breast Cancer. The room was full with 37 of us making quilts for ebay to be bid on. There was one made with all cowgirl boots and one of the boot tops at the Centre Compass logo on the boots it was so cool we all wanted to win that one..
What was so strange about the sew in right after that 2 of my friends and I all found out we had Breast cancer. Mellisa is also a survior.

I always buy raffle tickets for the cancer quilt when she has them. She is quite the lady. I love the "Fight Like a Girl Shirts" they wear with the cancer signs. Its the one in the first picture I posted of her. Godspeed to all survivors.

When we sat too long we got up and did the chicken dance or the merigbue, LOL. Quite a show.
