I agree the design is beautiful. If you did rework some of the blue squares using the shade of blue in flower print you used with the green pinwheels and intermixed them with the strong blue it would diffuse some of the intensity of the strong blue. Also since the blue you have is so strong you could probably use it as the binding, and that would bring that color into the quilt in another place without being too over powering, and the lighted blue pinwheels would help create some flow between the inner field and the outer row. You could cut some triangles out and lay them over the quilt before taking any thing apart to see if that helps.

WOW! YOU ARE POETIC! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DESCRIPTION. I HAVE SEEN THAT VERY SCENE OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND I ALWAYS FEEL AS IF EVERYTHING IS WONDERFUL IN THE WORLD AT THOSE GOLDEN MOMENTS YOU DESCRIBED. IN FACT, THE QUILT WILL BE NAMED "GOLDEN MOMENTS"

THANK YOU PARTICE VERY MUCH

BLESSINGS AND MAY YOU LIFE BE ALWAYS FILLED WITH SUCH GOLDEN MOMENTS.
