God bless your family at this time. Quilts she left behind will be treasured forever. I have one that was made by my great-grandmother. She died when I was in diapers 50 + years ago. I look at her quilt and I know she was kind- she gave this quilt to her new daughter-in law. two- she was patience- she did a wedding ring pattern. three- she did things different- it is base with a orange yellow fabric (not the common whiteor off-white) I love this quilt because it has survived all these years and will continue to survive as the quilt that Mama Phillips made all those years agao. (estimate was in the 1920)

First let me say I am sorry for your loss. I can see she was well loved. It must of been a wonderful moveing service. She left your family with such a loveing tribute from her to you in quilts. Heaven has a new angel today. God Bless
