I have never seen that panel; but, I wish I had! Your doll house quilt is a treasure and so are your fabric paper dolls. I am soon to celebrate my 80th birthday and I still have my paper dolls. I have never been able to part with them as I liked to play with them so much. I know your granddaughter will love her gift. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Very, very cute. Love the "paper" dolls. I too have wonderful memories of paper dolls. My friend & I would play for hours and make our own paper clothes for them. Childhood was simpler then.

This brought back memories of we three older girls walking 6 blocks to the 5 and 10¢ store to spend our dimes on paper doll books (I'm going to be 77 in a couple of months, so that will give you a time frame). Then returning home to spend the rest of the day cutting out and playing with those precious finds. Do they even make those anymore? BTW, love the quilt.

They do! I actually found a book of them that had about 6 dolls and pages and pages of cut out clothes and accessories. Of course I bought it! I have also seen some that can be colored in line with the latest coloring book fad. Thanks for looking!

What an absolutely darling quilt!! Your fond memories bring back some of my own, and I just sent a pack of paper dolls that my daughter had, up to her for her daughter to play with. (Trying to cure my hoarding habit and clear out this old place!) They had a ball with them, so I was glad they were put back into action and out of my cedar chest!
