Gorgeous quilting. I just saw that fabric in person the other day--it is stunning! Nice job to both quilter and piecer!

Kind of freehand-lol!!! I use a coloring page for the outer lines then fill in free hand on the inside. Lots of practice, still so many things I want to master with my machine..
    Thank you

This is a customer quilt but I just called the quilt shop and it is made by Northcott and is called Dragonfly Days. She does have kits available if you are interested...
Thank you for the wonderful compliments...

I had a "green" moment when I saw your quilt. Did you quilt it? If so, How long did it take you, and how long have you been quilting? I am trying to get an idea of how many years I have to do this before I get good. hahahah
Beautiful quilt that I am so jealous of...

I worked off and on for a day or two on it...the center of the quilt took the longest. Practice is the only way to go, that and drawing on a daily basis. I draw all my designs out first..All of my work is basically freehand...

I LOVE this quilt. You are a great inspiration for me. My Daughter loves dragonflies and I have wanted to do a quilt using them. I won't copy, I promise, but it surely has given me some nice ideas.
