    Are you a master at doing inset bindings? Cause if not, you probably don't want to have a lot of contrast calling attention to the binding and away from the pieced blocks.

    I don't love that gingerbread fabric with the greens used in the pieced blocks-- very different green tones.

    The black may be an idea.

    I personally would not use the red or green as each would get lost on their like side. I would pick a color in both sides, maybe beige or black.

    You could do a two color binding. The Gingerbread to frame the front and the red to frame the back.
