    I would use the moss green. It would frame the entire piece and be a good contrast.

    Perhaps use the gingerbread fab. on the back and make it reversible, and if you have a tan or off white use that for the binding, since there seems to be that color in both fabs. Just a thought.

    Have you got any more of that mottled green that you have in the runner? Both of the other pieces would look good as a backing.

    What about the fabric used in the star? It has the little gingerbread men that would match both front and back.

    No, I don't have any more of the mottled green (Well, I have a 6" square left.) That fabric was given to me, and I'm not sure where I would find anything to match it exactly. Though, I agree, it would look nice as a binding.
