    yes, i love the border fabric too. it's the only thing i like on this quilt. the white flange i inserted was too wide. i had wanted to just fold it over again and stitch down but i didn't want to unstitch it in the corners, so i decided to do it this way. sort of faux cathedral style. like someone on here did with their binding.
    later i figured out i could have just folded it all over and stitched it down as i first thought and just had the corners curving where the flanges over lapped. oh well, at least it's done!

    That's the exact right description of this little beauty... simple & pretty. The fabrics are so rich-looking. And seeing those pumpkins sure makes me with for fall! This was a great way to "get rid of fabrics laying around"!

    Isn't it great to make neat new things with leftovers? I just love doing that. Beautiful. In fact it would look gorgeous on my beige couch, hint hint. LOL
