I took my 301A to get the tension assembly replaced yesterday. This was my very first quilt making machine and I decided it was time to get it ready for use again.

The light on my FW doesn't work so I have never used it. It is time to get it fixed!

Happy for you! You have a nice selection of feets, bobbins to go with it. Machine is really pretty too!

I recently purchased one at an estate sale. I'm very proud of her (name Baby). Had trouble threading the machine until I found out you thread the needle for the inside, not the outside. Enjoy yours.

I have one too that looks about like yours....mine was made in 1938, my birth year.....just a coincidence as I inherited it from someone who knew nothing about sewing......Mine also had all the things you are showing as accessories and the case is even useable......I was thrilled and speechless when I got it! You will come to love this little jewel. It is so portable and has the nicest hum......you are going to LOVE it!!! CONGRATULATIONS!

Looks like your book is oily too! Mine was but is still readable. Enjoy your new machine.

Congratulations! She's a doll. I have had one for about 3 or 4 years and still haven't gotten up the nerve to try it out.
