It's absolutely stunning and when made with love it becomes perfect. Nuff said. Absolutely in your carryon. you can buy/replace a change of clothes and toiletries but you can't buy/replace a quilt like that.

I buy tons of embroidery designs from the same place so I recognized yours right away. What you did with them is amazing! I know the time I takes for just ONE, so can imagine how much time is involved for the entire set of blocks, front and back. You have to have a lot of patience for a quilt like this. I think yours is perfect and I think your mom will melt when she sees it.

I don't come to the 'Pictures' section often, but I'm so glad I did today. You double sided quilt is absolutely spell binding! What I'd give to have one like that!! Your mother is going to be thrilled and so proud of her daughter. You must really love her and she must be some kind of mother to raise such a nice daughter.
