Oh, I almost forgot, some of the fabrics in the quilt look like solids but they really weren't. The white back ground fabric was a tone on tone. The yellow had tiny little white flowers on it. The dark purple had a very faint flower etched in a darker purple on it. The medium purple had a crackled print on it and the other purple had very tiny flowers on it. I got all the purples at Hobby Lobby. The medium green was a marbled fabric that I got at Joann Fabrics and the mint green was a Kona cotton solid fabric also from Joann's. I only bring this up because I saw that a few people had made comments about how beautiful the quilt was and how nice to use solids. It was so hard to tell from the photos, but in reality only one fabric was a solid, the minty green. So, I hope this helps you!! Enjoy making the quilt!

I agree hands down, the quilt is a sensation! As for pillow shams, I am visualizing two exactly as the center (smaller to fit the size of the pillow case), side by side, & then the case made a bit bigger with a two inch or two & a half inch flat border on all sides. Hope I made that clear? Then for toss pillows, use the flowers on one side, & maybe the geometric shapes on the other side for variety. To buffer it all, how about some of the long round neck pillows in plain white or one of the very tiny print solids you described? Instead of using lace as most do, use some of the coordinating, lesser used color for prairie points on the seam ends.
