I have never been brave enough to FMQ a bed-siZed quilt, only a few table toppers. I love your quilt. And puckers catch the love quilted into it! Also, you are going to get a lot of use out of it without worrying about something happening to it. That's a plus too. I love your quilt!

If you pinned it , did you put the pins too far apart? Try the spray adhesive to hold your layers together. You probably had to handle that quilt for days and days. Even a good adhesive may not have stood up to that much handling. Don't be so hard on yourself. This is an excellent effort. You never gave up. The colors and beautiful and it will be warm. We all had to learn things as we went along. Keep trying.

Well, that's a pretty huge quilt for only your second quilt ever! I agree, you're being too hard on yourself. The fact that you did the FMQ yourself and it turned out as well as it did speaks volumes about your talent and capabilities. Wow!
You've definitely got the right attitude about next time, your next quilt. Good for you and keep up the great work. Your piecing looks quite nice, too!
