Thanks everyone for your kind words. Just can't wait to finish my current WIP, lap quilt for BIL and then can do another!

Love your quilt.Great job! That is the exact same fabric they sent to me. The only difference is the backing fabric. Mine is a light blue with the road signs that are on the borders. I had mine about 95% finished and decided I didn't like the quilting so I took it all out and started redoing it last night. What a job? Yes, I have sore finigers. LOL
I have since joined a chapter here in Ga. so I know the quilts will stay in the state at least.

First of all, great job :thumbup: Second, after seeing yours I am afraid I didn't quilt it enough. I quilted only one diagonal every inch apart but did not go back the other way. I will do as you on the next one. thanks so much for sharing :D

I am sure that quilting it the way you did will hold up to heavy washing. I wouldn't worry.
