    I love civil war reproduction fabric..one of my favorites. Very nice quilt. Great pattern.

    i love browns, but I can understand you getting tired of it. It is a gorgeous quilt! He will be happy now in his small room! Hehehehe,,,,

    I know where you are coming from. Lst year or so I finished a "pink" quilt that I really didn't have love for..too much pink, boring pattern. But my GD and DIL loved it and it got lots of complements here on this board. If the recipient loves the end results, and you love them enough to do it, then I guess it's worth it! Your quilting looks great too.

    It's beautiful! Love your colors and your sashing and cornerstones. It looks beautifully sewn, too. But I understand how glad you are to finally be finished with it.

    I love the reproduction fabrics, and the pattern you chose is very fitting for those fabrics. I think your quilt is beautiful!
