    Very nice job! I'd leave the binding - it really doesn't look that bad - and the first quilt is very special :) You did a very nice job with your piecing as well. Thx for sharing!

    Very nice for a first quilt...really great colors...as for the binding...as it is your first quilt, I would probably just leave it, and learn more as you do your next one.

    People will be so busy looking at the wonderful colors to notice a binding. I gave a beginning quilt to a friend. It was aweful. She has saved it so her son can use it for his son. She sees no flaws only beauty

    Very good job on your first one! I agree -- wash it and see what happens, then decide. Only work again on the binding if it still bothers you in a month....time heals many troubles.
