My Son was in the service also, so the good old flag and the USA are very dear to our heart - can't go to a parade and watch the flags go by without tearing up.
I sort of mocked this up in EQ5, so don't really have written instructions, but can tell you the squares are 1 3/4" finished in size, and I am including detail pics the EQ5 program that may help. Hope this will get you on your way - I had the most trouble with the little friendship stars, but eventually got it worked out, you may want to try a different way to do them. Haf Fun!

I used to find so many more--Eleanor Burns, Kay Woods and many others!! I thinks they need a whole channel devoted to quilting and sewing shows!! I'd sign up!!
