Default Four years in the making

When on a quilting retreat four years ago I decided that it was time to master the technique of paper piecing and so I started to make a spiderweb quilt. Over time this project kept getting put on the backburner until I rescued it from the UFO pile and started pulling off the papers and discovered how time consuming that was so I decided then and there to turn what blocks were made into a tablerunner instead and make sure that it was no longer hanging around my sewing room. So here it is all ready to go to its new home next week. Thank you for looking.

Love this! FYI - on Fons and Porter today they had a guest quilter on with a great hint - use a very lightweight stabilizer instead of paper and just leave it in - no paper to take off.
