Wow, you have an amazing amount of patience! I'm working on taking apart top I did and don't care for the layout (it was a mystery); just getting the rows apart is driving me crazy.
Congratulations on taking a lot of unusable bits and pieces apart and making them into a gorgeous 2-sided quilt!

I know what you mean, really!! I encourage you to keep taking it apart. You will be more satisfied at the end... but yes, it surely takes a lot of time...
I keep telling myself that the journey is as important as the destination!! *wink*

I'am sure you can do a similar border with squares and HST... but I used the pieces I had and added to them
if ever I can figure it out I will let you know. I'm sure I can, but I don't know how long it will take me loll
